At FORCE3, we understand the importance of a perfect fit—especially when it comes to your safety. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help get you back in the game.

Eligibility for Returns:
  • To qualify for our 30 Day Money Back Return Policy (excluding international  shipping costs), please ensure that the return process is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. 
  • Returns are accepted on unused merchandise purchased from force3progear.com or our Connecticut flagship store
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact
  • Please inspect your items upon delivery and try them on indoors before use
We do not accept returns or exchanges on: 
  • ALL SALES FINAL Items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order merchandise
Items that have been used, worn in play, washed, altered, or have tags removed

How to Start a Return (Self-Guided Returns)

FORCE3 uses a self-guided return system for a fast and easy experience.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
  1. Visit force3progear.com and log into your customer account
  2. Navigate to Orders and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click Request Return and choose the item(s) and reason for return
  4. Submit your return request
  5. If eligible, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions by email
  6. Re-package the item(s) securely, affix the label, and drop off with the designated carrier
  7. Retain your tracking information for reference
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the merchandise for approval.

Refund Processing:
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment
  • Please allow 7–10 business days from the date we receive your return for processing
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued

Shipping & Fees:

  • Pre-paid/free return shipping is currently available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States
  •  A restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s original value may apply, depending on the condition of the returned merchandise

Who is responsible for return shipping on  international orders? 

If you return an international order, you are responsible for all return shipping  costs, including any customs-related fees.
