1 Year Warranty

At FORCE3 PRO GEAR, we appreciate that you’re trusting us to protect you with our equipment. We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing you with the safest products in the game.  On the rare occasion that our gear doesn’t hold up to its normal workload, we offer a 1-year warranty (from the date of original purchase) against manufacturer’s defects.

To help us better understand the issue and ensure our standards are met, please provide us with the following information:

1.  Proof of purchase for product(s) purchased from an authorized FORCE3 PRO GEAR retailer within the last year

2.  Description of the issue, including when and how the issue occurred

3.  Photos of the product clearly showing the problem area in question (and additional photos as described below)

Once all of the information above has been received, your warranty claim will be assessed by the team at FORCE3 PRO GEAR within five business days.  Our team will contact you to inform you of the resolution.  If the claim is approved we will either repair your existing product or send you a replacement.  Refunds will ONLY be issued at our discretion if we are unable to repair or replace your product.

*Please note that wear & tear which is deemed to be excessive, abusive, or outside of the intended usage of the product may limit your warranty coverage.  Any modifications made to your product will void the warranty.

SHIN GUARDS:

In addition to the problem area in question, please provide images of the front and back of your shin guards with your claim.

Your Warranty Submission Will Clearly Show/Explain:

1.    Proof of purchase from an authorized FORCE3 PRO GEAR retailer

2.   Description of the issue and how the issue occurred

3.   Close-up image clearly showing the area in question AND images of the front and back of your shin guards

CHEST PROTECTORS:

In addition to the problem area in question, please provide images of the front and back of your Chest Protector with your claim.

Your Warranty Submission Will Clearly Show/Explain:

1.   Proof of purchase from an authorized FORCE3 PRO GEAR retailer

2.   Description of the issue and how the issue occurred

3.   Close-up image clearly showing the area in question AND images of both the front and back of the chest protector
